The course
Learn in four days.
The course runs over four consecutive days, 90 minutes a day. By the end you're self-sufficient: you know how to meditate on your own, for the rest of your life.
Day one is a one-to-one session. The following three days are in a small group (or private, if you prefer).

Your mantra
You witness a short ceremony of gratitude to the lineage of teachers, receive your personal mantra, and have your very first meditation.

Refining the technique
We meditate together, share experiences and make sure you're using the mantra effortlessly. How to fit the practice into your daily schedule.

Understanding stress
What happens in the body during meditation: deep rest, the release of stress, and how the nervous system comes back into balance.

The long-term vision
States of consciousness, what regular practice brings over time, and how to continue on your own.

Course fee
An exchange of energy, according to your means.
The course fee uses the traditional sliding scale based on means, so that everyone makes the same investment according to their current situation.
In ancient times, a student would work for their teacher for a week in exchange for their mantra and the practice. This time represented an exchange of energy.
In our modern times, we ask for one week's income, that is your annual gross income ÷ 52.
If you're not currently earning, or are supported by a spouse or other means, please contact me to discuss how you can provide this exchange of energy and learn the practice.
